What's does a design career look like?

That's one of the most asked Career related questions and one of the important ones we thought we should answer first.

4. Compensation often reflects the value you bring to the organization and can be an indicator of career growth.

5. Continuous self-assessment is crucial to determine if you're growing or if it's time to seek new challenges.
