Kickstarting Design with a Blank Canvas

Highlights from the video

In our creative roles, we often encounter uncertainty---whether it's vague client requirements or exploring new markets. Remember, your ability to navigate ambiguity is a valuable asset that can enhance your professional growth.

One effective strategy to tackle this challenge is the Question-a-thon. This straightforward technique involves jotting down all your questions related to a project. By actively seeking answers, you can reduce ambiguity and gain clarity.

For example, if you're investigating AI agents, consider asking: What is an agent?, How do agents function?, What role do humans play?, etc.

It's important to acknowledge that not all questions will have immediate answers, and that's perfectly fine. Embracing ambiguity can lead to new insights and innovative ideas.

Next week, we'll share tips on how to ask better questions as designers, further enhancing our problem-solving skills.
