You can embed a site, iframe or widget or script easily with the Framer embed component. Go to the insert menu and type "embed". Drag the component to the canvas and add a url.

Some sites don't allow embedding (using http headers) but you typically need this for integrations that obviously have this enabled. If a service uses a script to add an iframe you can add the <script>…</script> tag to the HTML section.
