Highlights from the video

Choosing the Right Mentor
When selecting a mentor, prioritize their knowledge and lived experience in areas where you seek growth. It's essential to understand that mentorship is about learning from someone who genuinely knows more than you do.

Diverse Mentorship Perspectives
Don’t limit yourself to one mentor for all your needs. Seek multiple mentors who excel in different areas—such as design, strategy, and networking—to gain a well-rounded perspective and avoid dependency on a single individual.

Mentorship Intent and Accessibility
Look for mentors who are genuinely passionate about helping you grow, even if they can’t always be available. Remember that mentorship can also come from books, podcasts, and other resources, allowing for asynchronous learning that enriches your career journey.
